The Project Chief Supervisor is responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing the overall projects of the company, managing the quality, safety, schedule and cost of the projects, promoting the cooperation and daily operation of the relevant projects of the company, and leading the project team to complete the project work on time and with high quality within the budget.

1. Project activation: work closely with the marketing department of local branches, conduct in-depth research and understand the local market, screen and communicate IT project requirements, and be responsible for proposing project requirements, including functional specifications, business processes, architecture diagrams, project plans, etc., and make timely adjustments according to market demand.
2. Project planning: Assist Finance Department to propose project plans, including budget, risk control, contingency plan, duration budget, quality requirements, etc. Arrange project meetings, develop project process and implementation to ensure the project is carried out in an
   orderly manner.
3. Project Execute: Assist product personnel in prototyping, ensure the implementation and execution of project documents, requirements and functional specifications, design documents, flowcharts, project schedule, project checklists, user acceptance test cases, etc., and rationalize the work of project personnel. Develop project plans and project unit workloads in advance, control unit development and the overall project schedule with strict requirements, make accurate judgments, trade-offs, etc., and make reasonable use of surrounding resources to promote and collaborate on the timely and quality completion of the project.
4. Project Monitoring: monitor the project progress and communicate the project progress and status to the supervisor and project team
   on time, carry out overall daily management of the project, and assist developers in coordinating on technical solutions when technical difficulties are encountered to ensure the project meets the standards in terms of time/cost/quality objectives.
5. Project closing: Responsible for project acceptance, grasp the quality standard of the project, assist testers to define complete test cases and confirm test results, write project acceptance report. And responsible for assisting the daily operation of the delivered project to ensure the smooth operation of the system.

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer related majors are preferred.
2. At least 5 years or more experience in IT project management, PMP is preferred.
3. Strong communication skills, good oral and writing skills, able to understand and communicate needs quickly and accurately, proficient in Mandarin, proficient in Cantonese and English is preferred.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, serious work, strong time management skills, able to rationalize the work of each project and follow up the progress of each project in a timely manner.
5. Strong learning ability, meticulous thinking, attention to detail, strong logical analysis and data analysis ability, strong risk control and problem handling ability.
6. Strong anti-stress ability, good adaptability, able to adapt to the rapid development and change of business.
7. Strong organizational skills, able to build good relationships and influence internal and external customers, with team spirit.
8. Proficient in using office software or other project management software.
